Sorry to bother you again is a great customer service training film from Pan American. I guess it wasn't too effective since Pan Am doesn't exist anymore
This is a vintage, original 16mm Pan Am Airlines Training Film. Back then, airlines were regulated by the government, and all fares were the same, so you chose your airline based on quality of service, not price. Air travel was still a luxury, it wouldn't be until deregulation that service began to slide. It's been downhill ever since. Virgin America comes close...I remember when stewardesses were there to look pretty and light your cigarette.

@CineGraphic Pan Am airlines didn't cease to exist because of customer service issues. There is a lot more to their bankruptcy.
