So, my problem with this fight and my solution for this fight. The problem: No good source of healing since you can't use MOMO in this fight, so I just can't keep up with healing at all, and my damage output isn't good enough for that to be acceptable. The solution: Take advantage of the fact that that 25% plus 25% does, indeed, equal 50%. I probably made the boss cry when it realized its 100 PDEF (or VIT, whatever the stat is) meant nothing to me.

Jr. (Lv.27): SAIFAR45, SR500, Neo Armor Alpha, Scope, Orange Ring.
KOS-MOS (Lv.28): F•RSHOT, KRS50V, D Unit V5, Commander's Crest, White Ring.
chaos (Lv.28): Work Gloves, Shield Armor, Angel Ring, Red Topaz.
