Beetween 235-255 hours. Depends how much you afk or slack

Should i use super energies?

You no longer need them becase your energy recharges when your doing an obstacle.

What level do you stop falling a ape atol?

level 75 but from level 72-75 i fell 6 times so its not worth it bringing food.

Why cant i start ape atol at level 48?

Ape atol at level 48 you fail alot and get less xp than barbarian outpost and it will be more frustrating so your more likely to quit.

The home world for ape atol is 46 and there is a clan chat but to enter you need to find it on the rs forums to find search ape and it should look like

TIPS.

To reduce your weight you could wear these items.

Boots of lightness -4 (from temple of ikov quest)
Spottier cape -9 (can be bought and you need 66 hunter to wear)
Penace gloves -5 (reward from a mini game called barbarian assault)
You can now get agile armour that reduces your weight even more! top and legs both give -12

For quick access to ape atol you need to complete recipe for diaster (monkey part) and you can do the teleport to the gorilla temple.

Dont push yourself harder than you can do just do agility at a steady pace.

When you do an obstacle if you can right click on next obstacle so as soon as you done the obstacle you can do the next straitaway.

When you get bored of agility think of the praise you will get when your wearing the agility cape!
