i used to weigh 190 pounds and now i weigh 160 pounds and i exercised for a whole year now and i play basketball on my highschool team and hike a lot a word of advise i am skinnier and feel better just try not to eat fast food eat at home its cheaper and better for your health

I remember last year my health class watched this. We were in the 6th grade so they health teacher blocked out the swear wrods. It didn't help, the kids cussed anyway.

The thing about walking 5000 steps a day is a fake. It's really 10000 steps a day for the average american. And I wish gas was still $1.71/gallon like it shows on here.
