As previously mentioned, Hartson had just hacked Berkovic and was helping him up, knowing he would be angry. All this in training.
By the way, this is my first post since the distressing news of Hartson's cancer. I know this video is not his proudest moment, however my thoughts are with him and his family and wish him a speedy and full recovery

Erm, Hartson had just hacked him down, that's why he was on the deck. He wasn't just flailing around for no reason.
