poor Philippines, It used to be the in the top 3 richest Asian country in the world but now it keeps getting low. In Marcos era, only Marcos and his cronies used to corrupt but now it's a livelihood even in the lowest branch and they will really kill for greed. EDSA 1 is the biggest failure of our country because half of those ignorant protestors are uneducated used by another clan:Aquino-coquanco. I'm in heat, who's gonna debate w/ me.

Aah Filipinos or Pinoys or Noypis or Naughties or whatever you wanna call yourselves, when is your country gonna be among the top 5 of the least corrupt countries in Asia???
I just read a survey done in 2007 (I wanted to paste that link so you can read the survey for yourself, but YouTube wouldn't allow me to paste that link) and the Philippines was given a rating of 7.00 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the most corrupt. That rating placed your country as the 6th most corrupt in Asia.

That survey was done by Hong Kong-based Political & Economic Risk Consultancy (PERC).
Then another survey was done in 2008 and the Phil. was given a rating of 9.40 making it the MOST CORRUPT IN ASIA.
Another survey was done last year and it placed the Phil. as the 4th most corrupt country with a rating of 8.06.
But nevertheless, the Philippines seems unable to make it to the top 5.
Do you people dismiss corruption with a shrug and a "that's just the way it is" attitude??
