Jake Heagen is a 6'3" guard for John Glenn High School (New Concord, OH). He will graduate in 2011.
Heagen is a two-year starter for the Muskies and a two-time first team All-Muskingum Valley League selection.
As a sophomore Heagen averaged 11.6 points, and a team-best 7.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.2 steals per game.

Is he recieving any college offers? From what it looks like he definatly has the skill to compete at the D-1 level.

From what I hear Heagen is getting serious looks from a variety of schools. Not sure about D-1 yet, but keep in mind he is only heading into his junior year and has grown about two inches as well since he was a sophomore in this video.
