DIY: Coconut Oil Treatment

Hot Oil Treatment -- apply to damp/wet hair, use shower cap, wrap with scarf and sleep overnight or use hooded dryer for half an hour

These oils will do:
- coconut oil (is the best)
- extra virgin olive oil
- avocado oil

shampoo twice, and style, only use conditioner if you have tangle prone hair.

How come we shouldn't use conditioner after?

@x3redbonebabe depending on your hair type, it might weight your hair down too much, make your hair look too greasy or not give your hair enough time to absorb the oil properly, it's not good to ALWAYS use conditioner, I try to go one to two days (weather pending) without using it when I do a coconut treatment
