SCHEZWAN BIRYANI

1 pack Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix
4 cups Par boiled rice
200 gm sliced Chicken
2 tbsp oil
3 cup water
1 onion diced
1 capsicum diced
1 carrot diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp dried chili flakes
1 chopped Spring onion to garnish
Oil to deep fry
1 cup corn flour

Coat each piece of chicken with corn flour and deep fry till crispy. Keep aside. Add 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, sauté the vegetables for about a minute. Add water and mix the entire content of Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix and cook on a medium fire for about a couple of minute. Add chicken and cook till the sauce gets thick.
Make a layer of par boiled rice in a heavy bottom pan, cover it with a layer of schezwan chicken, and cover this again with thick layer of rice. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and chopped spring onions, cover the pan with a lid and keep on a very slow fire till the rice gets cooked, serve hot.
