I have never tried one of these before. Tested for 5 minutes before filming.
This seems to be a nice base for a percussion set.

  • "crap series"

An instrument is only as good as its player... which is the limiting factor in this situation.

  • Well, the "crap series" was just an assumption. I was shopping for a cajon to learn to play one. I wanted a Schlagwerk but this was the only one I found locally. I was just a bit dissapointed to discover the "headliner"-sticker in the back, as atleast with symbals that means it's of the cheapest shitty brass quality they manufacture.

Nevertheless, as I said in description, I have never played a cajon before this video so sure the I am the limiting factor =)

  • Hmm, gotta make another video. Adjusting the snare strings improved the tone control a lot.
