@jhendrix7911 There are many copies of his suicide letter, including an audio read by Courtney. There is no mention of Jesus or Christianity. Kurt recorded this song as a Leadbelly fan, not as a Christian. He recorded a few Leadbelly songs. No one can know a person's heart or where they are at spiritually when they die. Still, in interviews and lyrics you can get a sense that he was pretty confused /messed up. Scriptures are pretty vague about suicide. I'm sorry this song makes you so angry.

omg i feel sooooo bad for Jesus & Kurt. I love them both, and so did Kurt. I wish he loved himself more! Poor bastid. I miss u Kurt!
