@ShredSurfSkateRepeat If I was rich I would have no debt. And the bank wouldn't own shit. If I was a millionaire I would pay for a million dollar home cash. Cars paid for etc. Some can afford to make the payments but who likes making payments? People who make 15 million a year, should not be buying a 15 million dollar home. You are right though, most of it is show though. I would rather be smarter. More savings and minimal debt is ideal. Not the other way around.
