Killing to eat is one thing, I like to eat meat, but will no longer eat veal after finding out the horrendous things that happen to a calf almost immediately after leaving its mother's womb, same with pork after seeing first hand the appalling conditions these animals are kept in. My BIG objection is the killing of animals solely for the purpose of sticking their heads on a wall so the killer can prove something. Maybe the same reason small men like to drive powerful cars..

While he is a very nice animal, and your opinion is valid... It IS a way of life and Keefer is right, that moose would keep your freezer full for nearly the whole summer. Cows get killed too. Maybe even less humanely than moose do.
