For all you people saying you should just exercise your dog, I have a young dog who is extremely hyper regardless of exercise. It's not realistic to spend 3 hours a day just to keep her tired so Doga has been a great tool in teaching her relaxation and also calmed her anxiety. Most affection she received was when she was hyper thus causing countless behavioural problems but now we're working hard to correct that.

Hey folks,here's an idea! If you want to bond with your pet and get them to exercise,TAKE THEM TO THE PARK!!!! Run with them,throw the ball;etc...

What a delightful practice. Dogs (and cats!) already understand balance. It is only natural to bring them along on our journey. All the best.
