Mr Mobutu was a cleptomane, with properties all around the world, he used the army against his own "brothers" to stay in the power for more then 25 years, the actual goverment was elected for the population and does not have the support from our "big brothers" USA and Belgium any more. The nostalgic concerning the old Mobuto "good times" is disgusting and the critic to the actual army is just non sense.
