4:00+, i would say rushton chickened out like Watson... it can clearly be determined that the difference is not 50/50 as to culture/genetics... you can use regression analysis and control for one or the other... you have both races experiencing the same culture and see the genetic difference... twin studies show this, separated twins... once you control for this its mainly all genetics... even so, using the 20-80% range of genetic effect, its still statistically significant and remarkable
