Practicing No.46 at 60bpm must be the ultimate test of patience! I see can that Hanon is a path not only to physical virtuosity, but to mental virtuosity as well! haha

Anyway, switching fingers during trills looks so awesome!

It's actually 108bpm, haha. It's hard for me to sync the finger-changes, especially descending (as you'll notice), since the pinky and thumb get one-half the exercise of the other fingers in this exercise...

Yeah, but before getting to 108bpm you have to practice it on slower tempos, starting at 60bpm, right? So, what I meant is that the practicing which comes before the final tempo appears to be veeery painstaking, since it's a very long exercise!

By the way, I have begun to practice Hanon myself, inspired by your series! Since I am using a digital piano, I will not overdo it, which means I will not go all the way to 108bpm.

    Ohhh, right, haha.

(To be fair, I never actually knew a third Hanon book existed until about a year ago, so most of the skills I have actually came from playing other random pieces. Sshhh, don't tell anyone >_>;;)
