No its a big disadvantage of the hammerhead they fly but they cant attack other flying things.

Hammerheads are win, but I think a better combination would be Black Disciple missile squads in Hammerheads. The Hammerhead itself kills infantry, the missiles kill vehicles, the flamethrower kills buildings and garrisons. While you need a Black Hand ally, it's much more cost-effective. The only thing you'll need afterwards is AA, which can be accomplished via Slingshots or missile Fhawks.

as i said their are many draw-backs for this strat. You can easily be taken down by anti air or rocket dudes. Thats why i always prefer doing this strat with APC combo aswell.
