I have seen a marked Octavia VRS here in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The car I have seen is a grey colour with some markings so it's not so visible as a police car until it's close up then you can spot the lightbar, aerials on the roof etc...

Lincs car are nearly invisible untill you're right next to them... for some reason the Unmarkeds seem more visible than the markeds.

Well these are only for standard vehicles, all the others either have different bars or full LED bars. But then, it get's people out the way which is the main thing.
