@ManicPandaz This is why God gave humankind the Bible. So that we can see through all the bs and know His will. Gods written word is not of private interpretation to anyone, and is very clear on this subject. But you know what really matters, its not if your gay or straight, but that you trust in JESUS the Son of God. All (very much including me) have fallen short of the glory of God and JESUS is the only answer. peace

@notxxr This is the metaphor I like to use to think about God... God is pure white light. As humans we are prisms and the world around us is a metaphoric wall. We take God's light and refract it into colors. Our light shines on the wall and we say "its blue so God must be blue". Someone else see their light and says "NO! I see green, God is green!". Basically God is all colors, we need to share and understand more than just our own little piece of the wall to know God.

@notxxr Your right the universe is 13.7 billion years old, sorry.The Bible was created by humans but inspired by God. There is God's truth in the Bible, to forgive, be kind, try to understand and love people you've been told to hate. It was written by several people a long time ago.Plus it has been altered, Gospels taken away(gnostic) and others added some of the much much later. Let alone all of the translations, like the Nicene Creed for example. I know God created the Universe, not the Bible.

How did you come to reason that God even made the universe if you dont believe his written word? Again u r someone else who says God is "wrong" to judge his creation. @notxxr Well God is truth but he didn't create the bible, he created the 14 billion year old ever evolving universe. Since the universe is Gods one true creation we should look at the world around us and learn from that. Not a two thousand year old game of broken telephone. If you get right down to it Christianity brakes the first commandment. People who hate believe in the Bible or the Church, not God's infinite love, go figure...
