m&s didnt "make" this song, this song is years old now, its another one of those annoying situations where a "niche" song that is great is now going to be loved by the masses because of sudden massive public exposure. it was the same with jeff buckley. all those people that now "like" him would never have heard of him if not for the x-factor.
