Cash gifting is ILLEGAL, and people only think it is legal because of some legal trickery, but this is only to try to fool people into believing it is legal, by terming these "investments" as "gifts".

ALSO: It has been noted that a lot of people have been posting spam in this video. Be warned, that the people who are trying to sell schemes and software for online marketing are also frauds, looking for people who want easy money.

new laws say that cash gifting in large amounts as a form of tax dodge for the purpose of income or expetation of return is illegal , but the only way that a person can be caught out is if the person that asked the gift from whistle blows or files against them by either court or county tax authority , in the irs they set up an amount of $12000 per year of gifting and any larger amounts has to be declared using form 709 gifting tax exception form ,

LOL. All you losers moaning about "CASH GIFTING" being a scam don't belong in the entrepreneur circle. Only winners participate in cash gifting so swallow that. My son and I made $1.7 million in less then 2 years and only had a few complaints because the brain dead people didn't do a freaking thing to work their activity. FedEx is my best friend! Quit babbling and moaning and go work for McDonald's the rest of your sad life, I'll stick with "Cash Gifting" baby:->

Not sure how it works in whatever magical green and orange land you're in, but in the U.S., cash gifting does not "get around" any laws, and is explicitly illegal. But saying "you are as gullible as your victims" really nails it.
