FWC Lies Admitted

ADA accommodations and responsible nets have been denied by the FWC for years as they claimed the constitution didn't allow them to raise the mesh (hole) size in nets. Listen to the truth from their own mouths. When will this out of control agency be held accountable for their hundreds of lies to the courts, legislature and the public. The truth, as FWC tests showed, is that FWC 2" mesh nets have 98% by-catch rates under an amendment whose "single subject" AKA "sole purpose" was to prevent "unnecessary killing, overharvest and waste." Fl. Sup. Ct. Larger mesh nets, as the FWC's own tests proved, have 3% or less by-catch. In addition, Federal Law mandates that the states reduce by-catch. The FWC doesn't care. Period. Even though a good portion of their funds come from the Federal Government. Peoples lives, especially the disabled and elderly fishermen's lives, are being destroyed. SOMEONE HELP US! No one has stated that fact any better. Baretto PROMISED me that he'd fix the mesh size...he lied. I will take a lie detector test to prove it. Wickstrom is an atheist that has no soul when you look into his eyes. Sad for him... But you reap what you sew. Wickstrom IS the man Baretto, Haddad and others bow to. Haddad told me that if I could convince the CCA not to suit the FWC, that he'd consider changing the net rule that is killing the environment, economy and citizens. They're evil idiots.

NC DMF just had a meeting pertaining to the speckle trout, their data stated that rec. fisherman accounted for more mortality prior to the meeting ! It was also stated that an increase in size limit would contribute to 80,000 lbs of trout being killed for no reason by rec fisherman ! What happened, the size limit passed and the comm. fisherman got the shaft with a new law of 200 lb of speckles as a daily limit which is supposedly coming into effect within the year !comm out of bus. rec in !!!!
