This movie is simply a masterpiece, people need to accept that we are all human.

They were indeed real. This was the last scene of the last film they were in together and Spencer died about 2 weeks after filming wrapped up. Such an amazing scene to go out on.

this is really spencer tracy pronouncing his love for katherine. this was it, the only real show of affection by tracy in public. you can just see the real emotion and feeling in his voice and in katherines expression in the background.
