I didn't see the message on WFMJ or WYTV, but I did see it on WKBN. It was a Time Warner error, and was cleared up in time for the next drill.

NOT Ready. Yeah, I passed mine first thing the test came on, and now you should've been prepared earlier but now you had your two months and hopefully you've upgraded

Right, you must have a DTV/HDTV hooked up to cable/sattelite. Though some like to post up this piece of history.

I receive my shows on digital cable from where I reside (Dayton, OH). When I recorded the *DTV Test*, I didn't see the similar message like this--I saw normal programming. This meant that my TV set is ready for DTV!
Seriously, you need to upgrade. :(
