Dutch: Documentaire over de glasindustrie met voornamelijk opnamen van glasblazers. In de getoonde fabriek worden onder andere gloeilampen, straatlantaarns, schalen en bekers gemaakt. Verschillende facetten van het productieproces komen in beeld: smelten, glasblazen, verhitten, afkoelen. decoreren, modelleren, slijpen, glazuren. Pas als het personeel de fabriek verlaat blijkt hoeveel mensen er werken.

Wat is dit een pareltje!

Ik zoek al twee jaar met engelse trefwoorden en nu dacht ik: laat ik eens.........

En dan krijg ik precies wat ik al die tijd al zocht.

Ik ben sprakeloos en ga deze film nog heel vaak bekijken, pauzeren en weer opnieuw kijken.
