damn i get average fps on vista (high settings and medium shadows!) but i haven't OC'd my quad (to afraid that i will fuck it up)

You know.. :P my processor is OC'd to 3,7 ghz from 2,5 ghz with arctic cooler now :P.
On this video its OC'd to 3ghz but on part 2 its with 3,7ghz.

Yes man, now with 3,7 ghz I still have less *C temperature than 2,5 ghz without new cooler + I can play gta 4 almost all the time 30 fps.
Its amazing because its just dual core... this is power of overclocking E5200 is master of OC :)

what's your opinion on the AMD Phenom Triple Core? I hear they're terrible for overclocking so i haven't tried, soon upgrading to a phenom quad core, hope i can run this!!!!!!!

Are you sure you dont want to upgrade to Intel? In my opinion intel is way better.... I think your triple core is less powerful than my dual core because from what I remember looking at all benchmarks AMD was always last even triple and quad cores were worse than intel duals cores... my last CPU was AMD and my fps gone 3x higher than on AMD X2 athlon 4200+... Only good AMD CPU are Phenom II X4 940 , Phenom II X4 955 , Phenom II X4 965... You can buy them because they newest and very good.

They are only AMD good CPUs and If you dont have money for intel i7 920 (300+ USD in my country) or intel Xtreme quad cores (wich are 1000 USD in my country) you can for sure buy something like Phenom II X4 940 3ghz or 2,8 ghz I dont remember. Dont even think about buying Phenom I because they are worse than intel dual core and Phenom II 940 - 965+ are very good and I wanted to buy them but you know E5200 + Cooler is 100 USD and phenom II is 250 USD and it will be good till PS4/xbox720 or smthng
