BIOGRAPHY
Left-handed player, who spent his entire career in the post, but is comfortable on the perimeter as well. Considered one of the most athletic and agile post players in the Ivy League. Very versatile player who has great mobility and quickness, and can play both inside positions equally. Good defender with a knack for blocking shots and creating steals. He consistently ranked among the leagues leaders in blocks, foul shooting, and steals. Excellent athlete who excels in transition. Great upper body strength, with the ability and desire to get even stronger. Can shoot from 12-15 feet, but prefers to score in the paint. Very coachable player with excellent work ethic. He is a team player, who makes any team he is on better. A proven winner who has won many championships in high school, and has helped his college team increase its win total three of the four years he was in school. Has a drive to be the absolute best player that he can be. Suffered a partial meniscus tear in November 2008 but elected to play the first half of the season through the injury. Had surgery on December 30, 2008 and was diagnosed with a 4-6 week rehabilitation period. Injury is currently fully healed, and he has returned to the court at full strength.
