  • believe it or not ... This lady Clara Ward help raise Aretha Franklin ........I can hear the Influence she had on Ree vocal styling.... Ms.Ward had such an unhappy life but she sang for the Lord until she couldn't anymore.

  • whats the name of the song their singing ???

  • I LOVE CLARA WARD SO MUCH she got me thru a lot of hard times .clara can sing any body under the table.

  • Does anyone know where I can get this movie?

  • @bruhjun

Not so. We did not stop marching during the civil right movement during the early 60's.I was only 11 years old, so I tagged along with my parents out of curiosity) We marched with Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer in the Mid Delta of Mississippi. We were threatened by whites. Most of us, if not all, were scared as heck, but we were told not to run, so we didn't.

  • I would like more and more images of Clara Ward!!!!

  • Love them Ward singers...Takes me waaaay back. Sang Clara.

  • can anyone tell me that the exact name of this gospel song is and is it recorded by clara ward herself??

  • @saintben2008 You are so right. No one moves me today...well except Joshua Nelson...He sings Elijah Rock just like Mahalia Jackson herself!!

  • Will love to have this movie.
