The foods you need to buy and what you need to eat when your primary goal is fat loss.
The main point to remember is that a diet with a lower calorie intake with high quality food should be the main focus i.e. eat less and eat better.
From there you can work on your carb intake and adjust down according to how you tolerate carbs especially cutting back/eliminating the bread, rice, cereals, pasta, potatoes, junk food, alcohol.

  • Fantastic attempt! I like your video so much.

  • Just a few questions for you, could you explain what flax seed is good for??? Next why is a latte a day (without sugar obv) not good?? I make my own at home with 150ml of milk!!! How are pisstaccio and cashew nuts in a fat loss diet??? My final question is what type of foods are good to help maintain skin elasticticity when losing weight(I know you should only be losing 2 pounds a week)? Looking forward to your reply??

  • @molleman Flax is good for omega 3 source and fibre. Latte is packed with calories e.g. 150cal+, one a day for a year = 12-14lbs weight gain - americano or espresso only. All nuts are good fats so might need to brush up on the benefits of fat there. More good fats and vitamin E oil for using directly on the skin. All the best

  • Thanks to following your nutritional advice and your workouts, I have lost 52lbs to date.Put the effort in, get the diet right and....It works!!

  • @joanneutubing Thanks so much for that joanne and looking forward to seeing you real soon to help you to take your training and diet to ever increasing heights!!

  • @bracket I still like optimum and cytosport for that matter but I write for myprotein now plus they are way cheaper and have a very extensive range of products. Plus delivery time is brilliant. I never buy any supplements from shops any more as they are always way more expensive and at times do not have the same range

  • You used to be a big fan of optimum nutrition 100% gold whey, have you stopped taking this due to cost or quality?
