  • Has anyone stopped to realized that severely depressed people can barely get out of bed , let alone exercise. Antidepressants (some) work ok for panic attacks but i have yet to meet anyone they worked for on their depression...

  • @ween121 You are 15. Teenagers are naturally prone to moodiness. Keep up the exercise and you will pull through. Being a teenager sucks all around.

  • I like the background in this video.

  • if you're not this if youre not that....lol

  • I agree that we should stay active and look healthy while we are depressed and feel like life is not worth living. Then others will not understand what is happening in our lives because we will look healthy we just won't be healthy mentally or spiritually adding to the overall disconnect.

  • "never explain - your friends don't need it and your enemies will never believe you anyway." Anyone telling you to "be" a certain way. They should sort their own lives out before judging others.

People without real power in their lives love to pick on those they see as powerless or vulnerable.

The mentally ill have experienced this for far too long and sanctimonious preaching is savage and cruel towards the sick.

    Kharma.

Every word you say - every judgment you make. Someone is watching.

  • Look. People feel an entitlement to dump on those living with endogenous and long term or short term mental illness.

The reason being that they don't understand and can never understand what an individual is going through.

So rather than try to understand it's simpler to simply label the mentally ill as : "lazy" or "not trying hard enough.

Hitler was a real supporter of the agenda of making people "do". Plenty of exercise and do it my way - the best way.

Injustice comes in many forms indeed.

  • . thank you dr.bellonzi you really care and help!!

    all the best

  • @smurfylaa please respect people like him , who are trying to help so many other people, ... at least he tries to provide ways to fight depression, and what do u do ? throw useless comments about something as insignificant as a shirt.

  • I'd rather be depressed on my chair, than be healthy wearing that ridiculous blue shirt.

  • As well if you have an understanding of biology you wouldnt be as skeptical to what hes saying, it makes perfect sense biologically, dont rely on others opinions, do your own research too.
