serious medical question. is it actually possible to die because something is too cute?

Children of that age have almost no awareness of the space that they're using up when they wriggle around. Well loved, trained and cared for dogs, with a good disposition, will understand this since puppies do the same. Thus a massive amount of dogs will have almost infinite patience with a squirming, kicking baby. absolutely nothing to worry about.

@culwin please tell me that was sarcasm. I'm too tired to take a guess.

"Hold still so I can sniff your diaper"
It's always hard for people who've never owned a dog to understand the difference between play and annoyed behaviour. This dog is a sweetheart. I used to own a Rottweiler that was very gentle and laid back, but very reserved toward strangers. Furthermore, Boxers are well known for their excellent disposition towards children.

On the contry to popular belief, small dogs are far more likely to attak a child (or anyone for that mater). than big dogs. Big breeds just get blambed because they can do more damage. I would trust most boxers with a child. but not MOST little dog. OFCOURSE THERE ARE EXEPTIOND THOUGH!
