Fasting? Honestly I've never done that to lose weight because your body goes into starvation & yes, you do gain it all back. No sleep? That's horrible hun! If you want to lose weight and keep it off, pleaseee eat heatlhy & workout. It does wonders. & grats on losing all that weight!
