I just can't adjust a front E-Type derailleur on my stumpy to work silent with chain...more correct chain is rubbing against derailleur cage in more positions then acceptable..many bike mechanics "look" at it and improvement is poor...:( Derailleur is XT E-Type and crank set is exact like this one...Truvative...Bike is Specialized Stumpjumper FSR...Any ideas? Thanks...

i have one of these. when removing the crankset do you loosen the 16mm or 8 mm bolt. the instructions don't say how the 16m self extractor should go on correctly.
