These people should go to trial for crimes against humanity. Life in prison for this guy in general population. Death penalty would be to humane for this sicko.

I have a feeling it was work that continued on from the Nazis after WW2, some of them were bought to America after the war(Operation Parerclip).
They would do this,just like they did the Syphilis experiments on the black men in Tuskagee. and other things that will eventually be released.
