Name of the rogues damage text and what addon will make his abilities coming up in big and then fade away?

@bloodpuremager We weren't using the best strat. We switched it to taking the orbs and stacking them up on the stairs. We used pally's bubbles and mages blocks to tank them.. and we switched out 2 groups of 4 on each phase.. Downed him last monday. =D.
