I find that even though it's difficult to get started once I do I love the excercise, the endorphins are good for everything....EVERYTHING LOL I am a much happier person when I excercise. I hope that it helps you too! Now get to it! :) BTW you look fabulous anyway kilos or no kilos :)

I just want to say something very general - I think your art is very male (something I haven't seen ever!!) and it's wonderful. It's different and I should think it would do very well here in US. Do you sell here? I mean, do shows? If so, I'd love to follow you to see your stuff in person. Anyway, great work. Hi Gary. Re: PACKING IT ON. Some people are just really rude. You are absolutely gorgeous and anyone who disagrees is probably just jealous of your devastatingly handsome good looks and enormous talent! Not everyone can look as good in a yellow G string as you ha ha! Anyhoo I'm off to the kitchen to have a nice VEGEMITE and lettuce sandwich followed by a huge slab of chocolate cake. I always try to eat a balanced diet - my version. Curse those damned taste buds!

I'm not sure who said it originally but I remember a quote Shay Carl said, "Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change."

Advice I should take myself. Good luck with the changes you're wanting to make and the weight loss.

'Where does that leave Aerick?' (forgive me, I probably spelled his name wrong)  I literally snorted out loud when you started debating his place on the list.

My inlaws are the absolute WORST about 'sizing up' everyone we know - it's SO annoying and totally worthless. I mean, come on, at least tell us shizz that's somewhat interesting when giving an update about how 'so and so' is doing... not just how FAT they've gotten!

And we're moving 'home' to be closer to these people, why?
