Walt Disney Classics 1989

The 1989 variant of the Walt Disney Classics "Sorcerer Mickey" logo, taken from "Bambi" (the video that introduced it); the last video to use this variant was "Fantasia". (However, this variant did appear on later re-prints of "The Rescuers Down Under", and it also appears on early prints of "Pocahontas".)

@iluvlittleshop921 Yes. The footage from the beginning of the 1986 Walt Disney Home Video (where Mickey Mouse dressed as the Sorcerer's Apprentice) is reused, and when the spark starts to write out the words "Walt Disney", it's different.

Back in the old days (80s and early 90s), TVs were heavy glass tubes housed in cavernous feaux woodgrain plastic shells. Remember how the whole TV would vibrate at a certain point if you had it too loud? So, you'd quickly turn it down, then have to turn it back up to hear the film. I also remember the blazing white tinkerbell and the slowly scanning castle which would also blaze bright and disapper.
