Cincinnati Police not doing much part 3

Cincinnati Police not doing much. the OTR is begining to do better as cincinnati police do nothing to stop the over crowing. The clubs open just three night a week get police protection but as this is going on windows sin clubs just a block away are left to get broken out. Seems it dose not pay to stay here. The OTR is doing better? ROFL. The Homicide rate went up, good work your mayor and the president is doing now huh. Cincinnati is almost a lost cause for certain areas unless big things happen and the system will keep people in jail and prison. But they get back out too quick. And no jail room. I suggest you speak to O bamer, the State Govenor, and the cincinnati mayor about those issues. Tell them to do right so we have jail room and punish violent criminals, than OTR will get better only
