Is GOD's name YEHOVAH/JEHOVAH or Yahweh?

GOD's name is JEHOVAH not Yahweh. JESUS is JEHOVAH. (i am not a Jehovah's witness)
John Gill -(Jehovist)- Johannes Buxtorf II, his father Johannes Buxtorf, and many others proved this in the "Jehovist" arguments of the1500's-present. They documented the use of the name (J/Y)e-HO-VaH by Christian and Hebraic uses back before 277 B.C..
Without Vowel Points most Hebrew words can be made to say many, many different things. Able to be interpreted a number of different ways.
The Scripture says, 2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

...all of Scripture testifies of Jesus Christ, even the name of God, Je-HO'-VaH(English), Ye-HO-VaH(Hebrew)! Jesus explained in Matthew 5: 18 that one "jot" (yod the smallest Hebrew letter) nor one "tittle" (the smallest vowel point or accent) would pass away. Jesus Christ our Saviour and Messiah specifically attested to these vowel points and accents and their use in the Holy Scriptures/Tanakh.

please read Nehemia Gordon's (a Karaite Jew) Article on The name of God. Also read John Gill's "Dissertation" and Peter Whitfield's "Dissertation", - on the Hebrew vowel-points. You will see the complete opposite of what you are saying.

the "Y" to "J" issue has been covered many times here in the video and in the comments section please check out Hinton's article in the "more info" under the video...I guess we should stop saying Jerusalem also. You do know in most of Europe the "J" is still pronounced as a "Y"? The "J" also keeps the shape/ form of the "Yod/Jod", if you look at the Hebrew "Yod" letter you will understand how they look alike. Try the Ben Chayyim text, not the Ben Asher.

! just to clarify:Jesus means Savior in English. Yasha in Hebrew means Savior causes to free from sin or salvation from sin. Salvation means deliverance from sin. Yahusua doesen't translate as Savior from sin but means Lord-saved.
