Shack Tactical - Garden Phoenix, April 25th, 2009

Raw video of the first mission of our Apr 25th session. In this, we were moving as a reinforced platoon to clear a town and the surrounding area. The video starts a few minutes into the mission after some contact has been made.

Dslyecxi, I'm interested in joining Shack Tactical. I've read the page on your site, but I still have a few questions...

1. Why'd you choose that name?

2. Which game do you guys play more, ArmA or ArmA II? I have the demos of both, and I was going to wait until I found out which one you guys use before I decided to buy anything.

3. Is there an age requirement? (Like, are you guys okay with 15/16-year-olds, as long as they act mature?)

4. Is Shack Tactical friendly to new guys?

The battles on a larger scale make for more pleasing eye candy, but the smaller, close in confrontations can also be just as intense.

1 mistep, 1 wrong decision, and you and your team is no more.

Think of it this way, you are patrolling and out there is a sniper. But you dont know it, and where he is, and you wont until he kills and wounds one of your team. You then need to find him and take him out without any armour or arty.

THAT takes teamwork! Thats what this game is about :)
