Saturday 19th November 2011 and I awake to a glorious sunny morning, jump in my car and head up the M5. As I get to the M42 the sunshine is replaced by fog & gloom and it basically stayed that way.
The pair are seen near Hinckley, Bagworth, a quick grab whilst being watered at Coalville, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Kingston-on-Soar.
Great to see these engines out on the mainline and judging by the nubmbers out to see them and how quickly the tour sold out, many others think the same way.More in 2012 perhaps.
some great shots there, feel free to check out my shot at Bagworth

Cracking footage Bill, great to see the Panniers back on the mainline and hopefully there will be plenty more opportunities in the next year

Great footage as usual Bill particularly as the weather conditions were somewhat challenging.
