- rear wheel drive

if you actually think it can run faster times than 11.4´s you must be a ignorant dumbass

a car with 2.9Kg per Hp, rear wheel drive and a 5 speed auto tranny can not run faster times than low 11´s - period

slr will beat zr1 because do any of you here know who drove the slr around the nurburgring??? and old racing driver klaus ludwig aged 50-60 because he was born 1949

and if he raced the other cars round the nurburgring the lap times would drop you see because the drivers there are varies in how quick they are so you can't be sure if zr1 is quicker and also when top put it round their track the stig braked on the follow-through so????

But you have to remember the Z06 is fairly light sportscar anfd the SLR is a big heavy GT car.

slrs have phenomenal gas mileage for their power. Much better than a zo6 and no it wont out handle it around the track.

Top gear lap times:

SLR - 1.20.9

ZO6 - 1.22.4

and believe me the ZO6 is nowhere near as practical as the slr. As clarkson said its the most drivable/useable supercar he has ever driven while the zo6 was amazing fun on track but horrible to live with.

Except for the fact it's WAY too expensive, has horrible gas mileage, and the ZR1 will outhandle and outgun the SLR on the track and on the drag strip.

put an slr beside a zo6 and you will quickly realise why the slr costs so much more. Its better in every single respect although the zo6 is a great car too.
