god, Equinox completely wiped the floor with me before, I rage quitted trying to beat him :( Eventually I got through the main game story, came back to him and wiped the floor with him :D

He was also my first Grotto Boss. He kicked my arse ;-;

I was around level 20 when fighting him, btw. I did not know he would be that strooooong

Also, I think the Grotto bosses are random (and most likely dependent on the Grotto level, too). Just a guess.

i'm level 32 he beat me like wow then i beat him back heres a tip or stuff oh yh he doen't give 1000 xp he gives 3127 duh

I battled him first when I was at level 20 and I won the battle. Al you have to do is egg on a hitter ( mine was warrior ) and at 100, use the skill which you hit THE most with.
