I would find myself driving around and around... and around .. Kind of like those spinning doors people always get stuck in haha..
Anyhow not a bad idea, it would be kind of annoying if i drove that same way every day, but overall i see the good from it.

i think a few drivers at my firehouse would go right through the center of that

The "ryind a boats" in the US State of Washington (GENERALLY, though not always) are at least two-lanes around the circle.

that's why in some countries are many many roundabouts, like in Norway
