we had 1 of those, but it wuz a roman candle wheel, anyways, it pulled the nail out of the tree, flew up into the branches, and caught the leaves on fire... oh well...

we had one attacked to my friends fence and it caught fire :S and one of them fell of and it was spinning round the garden but no much harm done just that the fence got frazzled

It should have been checked for spin and security before lighting banging it in a little more with the hammer if necessary.

Should have been put up properly and checked before lighting to see that the nail was secure and couldn't come loose while spinning and the wheel should have been spun before lighting to check the spin.

The wheel took off down my yard catching all in its path on fire, the woods, etc. Funny looking back now but was not at the time.
