To me it seems that his singing and guitar playing are both nfuluenced by his harp playing. Love him, his poetry and his musicianship.
I saw Chris Caswell and Robin Williamson play in a workshop like this years ago - I don't think I've ever witnessed a better show, than his performances at that folk festival in California.

@Accordeonaire i disagree-i have listened to both tunes this is better.
i agree RW is brilliant not just his playing but the arrangement and his plantiff voice.
how do you lag such a heavy instrument around. i think ill just stick to guitar at least you can hit unruly audience members with it.

RW and John Renbourn are vastly entertaining...saw them in Manchester a couple of nights ago and was enchanted by the wide palette of songs and styles they cut across....
Robin Williamson is absolutely one of my heroes. A light on the Earth, improving my quality of life at every turn. Just lovely. I do find it strange if he's actually improvising a tune to this -- the "Bonny Bunch of Roses" has got a tune that would suit him to the ground. Still, love this.

Wow, you need to get out more often. Have you ever heard Robin Williamson tell stories and play the harp? He's brilliant. This piece is mostly Robin singing, but if you're a fan of RW, then you know that this is just something they're doing between the stories to give the crowd a rest. Give him another chance, especially with his stories. The man just sparkles...
