  • I don't hear any accents? lol maybe it's because i'm from Maryland

  • I know the person who made this. Born and raised in Baltimore.

  • @fleisch2 OMG, Barbara M and Mel K both have them more Barbara than Mel bcuz Mel is in TV and most people when they become famous they begin to speak "correctly"but Charlie Eckman is the one who has the real strong Bawl-da-mer accent you're right...

  • @tooeasy26 OMG, You have thee audacity to criticize Baltimore and you come from a small shit hole racist ass city called Newport News? You gotta be f***in kiddin me Baltimore is ten times the legit city than Newport News Va. is...

  • Why are Baltimore people so pressed on their ugly ass accent? It's not appealing at all and honestly it's not even a "Baltimore" Accent. It's a mid-atlantic accent. People in PG county, DC and southern MD all talk similar.

Just another attempt at Baltimore trying to legitimize itself as a real city.

  • Barbara Mikulski and Kiper were the only ones with it, and they were mild at least. Look, if your job requires you to be in a professional setting or on TV, then you're not going to use it. Picking famous people isn't really a good example.

  • h.l said everything just looks terrible...this was back in the 30s-40s'...its still a mess, but a hot mess...my hot mess

  • Ted Agnew had a classic Bawlmor accent. It's difficult to describe.Kind of like a "Philly-lite"accent

  • I think the point is that these are "famous" people, or at least local celebrities, who still have the Bawldimoor accent, no matter how much they've tried to get rid of it. :-D

  • baltimore accent is like birds gargling water lol
