    the thing coming out of your tell pipe is co2 (carbon, oxygen, oxygen) if you could separate them some how like trees do all the time you could theoretically trap that carbon and let the oxygen go.... im not sure this prototype is real tho this might just be fake since its youtube.

    Also you could add a modified microwave to additionally heat the plasma. You would just need an ac converter. And add an inercooler for a greater plasma reaction. And maybe try using a rotary motor.

    It's completely possible. Now imagine doing it with a V8. Plenty of exhaust heat to make plasma. Especially if you're using water or something cheap you can have a big "water" gusling engine. If you make the long part a catalytic converter like tube it would probably increase heat for better plasma.
