should never put a power valve back like that, you have to messure the distance between the balde and the plastic diaphram with a micrometer

does the weakening of the clutch springs make it engage earlier at 3000 rpm instead of 4000 rpm for ex. thus making the kart aceelerate slower when starting from a stand still?

What's that pipe called that goes across the top of the carb that i think balances it? How much difference would it make if i didn't have that pipe on or do you recomend that i do put one on? Where can i get one? Thanks allot.

Just about to buy a MAX, very useful guide. What sprays/cleaners do you use besides WD40 and carb cleaner?

you're not meant to use spray or oil ANYWHERE in the clutch!
For the shoe-pivot-dowels you're meant to use a thick, tacky high temp GREASE or WAX.
Sticky chain lube would be good.
